Army Jeeps Auctioned at Adams Auto Salvage Held Up for Army Inquiry
More than a month after the liquidation sale and retirement of owner Gordon Dobbins of Dobbins Auto Salvage in Adams, NY, buyers are still waiting to take possession of the vintage jeeps and tagalogs that were a highlight of the sale. ACME Recycling Files Suit against City of San Antonio for Selective Enforcement of Codes
A Texas-based auto recycler is suing the City for playing favorites. Acme Recycling owners Gary and Daniel Hack are hacked off at the city for allegedly selectively enforcing codes and permitting forcing them to incur costs that a similarly situated competitor has not. More on the salvage operator’s lawsuit.
